- Non-Profit, Government Agencies or indivuals receive a 50% discount on Silver and Gold levels.
Other terms and conditions: - The Executive Board reserves the right to not accept a donation from any person or organization who's interests are not consistent with the Broadband Alliance.
- The rotating logo on the home page will be cycled with no more than 10 logos. As a result your logo will appeaer every 10th time someone displays the home page.
- The member directory will be published starting on January 1, 2008. A member can elect to not have his name or organization listed in this online directory.
- We are in the process of applying for Internal Revenue Service 501(c(3) tax-exempt Public Educational Charity. Until that filing is approved your deduction may not be tax deductible. We will notify all members when our status has been determined.
